Pricoviq Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern a merchant's use of Pricoviq, a Shopify bulk-price management app operated by PraxisArc. By installing or using Pricoviq, the merchant agrees to these terms.
The service
Pricoviq lets authorised Shopify merchants select products, variants, or collections; preview percentage or fixed price changes; apply those changes immediately or on a schedule; and restore eligible original prices. Features may change as the service is maintained and improved.
Merchant responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for:
- Reviewing each preview and confirming that selected variants, prices, dates, times, currency, and compare-at prices are correct.
- Ensuring price changes comply with applicable pricing, advertising, consumer-protection, tax, and marketplace laws and policies.
- Maintaining authorised access to the connected Shopify store and protecting store-admin credentials.
- Avoiding conflicting manual or third-party price changes while a Pricoviq operation is scheduled or awaiting restoration.
Subscriptions and billing
Pricoviq Monthly costs US$14.99 per 30-day billing cycle and includes a 14-day free trial for eligible merchants. Shopify processes subscription approval, billing, cancellation, and any applicable taxes under Shopify's billing terms. A merchant may cancel through Shopify; cancellation does not automatically reverse price changes already applied to the store.
Price changes and restoration
Pricoviq applies only the variants shown in the confirmed preview. Scheduled actions depend on Shopify's APIs, valid app access, and the availability of Pricoviq's infrastructure. Automatic or manual restoration may be blocked or produce a partial result if a price was changed after Pricoviq applied it, Shopify rejects an update, access is revoked, or the app is uninstalled. Merchants should verify important price changes in Shopify Admin.
Acceptable use
Merchants must not misuse Pricoviq, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, use it unlawfully, or use automated means to place unreasonable load on the service or Shopify's systems.
Availability and warranties
We work to provide a secure and reliable service, but Pricoviq is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every scheduled action will occur at an exact second. Rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PraxisArc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Pricoviq, including lost profits, lost sales, or loss caused by merchant configuration, third-party services, Shopify outages, or unauthorised store access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, unlawful or abusive use, security risk, or material breach of these terms. A merchant may stop using Pricoviq by cancelling the subscription and uninstalling the app. Before uninstalling, the merchant should restore any active temporary price changes it wants reversed.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
